3M™ Cloth Gaffers Tape 6910 Black 48 mm x 54.8 m 12.0 mil
A matte finish coated cloth tape with good adhesion, high tensile strength, conformability, adhesive transfer resistance and easy tear. Used in entertainment industry where light reflection is a concern.Available in 2 in x 60 yd rolls in black and silver. Typical physical and performance characteristics include thickness: 12.0 mils, adhesion to steel: 45 oz/in width, tensile strength: 45 lbs/in width, elongation at break: 5%, temperature use range: up to 200F (93C) for up to one hour.
Features and Benefits:
- Typically used at room temperature, but will function up to 200 (93) for up to 1 hour
- Vinyl coated backing is conformable, strong, water resistant, and easy to tear by hand
- The matte finished backing is non-reflective and abrasion resistant
- Rubber adhesive adheres well to many surfaces and is transfer resistant
