GE-374-EX type flow sensor is a multi-function flow velocity measurement instrument, measuring the velocity by a differential pressure sensor with Pitot tube. It could output 4-20mA as flow meter, it could work as a flow switch too, with outputting high speed alarm and low speed alarm.
