Saw-shape machine table holds metal sheet steady with little touch with metal sheet. The saws are thick and durable. In front and both sides of machine table, there are rolling balls for assisting sheets loading.

Machine table size is 1500mm by 3000mm.

4. Starfire SF-2100C control system

Advanced technology, suitable for all kinds of flame / plasma, widely used in metal processing.

Practical flame/plasma cutting process, automatic corner rotation control and height control control during plasma processing; remote operation with wireless remote control.

It has the function of kerf compensation, and whether the compensation in the program is reasonable, and the corresponding report is made for the user to choose;

5. Transmission System

Machine is with helical rack pinions and Hiwin linear guide rails, which ensures machine high speed movement, precision and stability as well. The transmission system is protected by dust shields.

7.    Plasma source: LGK-200HD

This 200A Huayuan plasma cutting machine is an updated model based on LGK-200IGBT, has plasma torch consumables life monitoring function;

Intelligent fan is used to reduce the dust, which makes this plasma cutter more reliable;

Max cutting thickness for cnc machine can upto 45mm;

With gas pressure and coolant liquid flow displaying, detecting, warning and controlling function;

With automatic protection of over-heating and low voltage;

8. Torch height controller

it will detect the voltage changes, then control the distance between cutting torch and work piece via the lifting motor in order to keep the arc voltage within a given range, so that the height of cutting torch is kept within a corresponding range.

9.    Oil lubrication system

It automatically lubricates guide rails, which ensures the machine keep moving smoothly and with good precision.

10. Fastcam Nesting Software

It has been designed to draw, nest and cut metal as simply and efficiently as possible.

11. Separate control cabinet

A separate electric control cabinet is more industrial. Electric control system is in a separate cabinet, in where it is cleaner, components lifespan longer. The remote control handle optional (it costs USD100), it provides fast and convenient operation.

12. Consumable nozzles and electrodes

Different size is used for cutting different thickness. It’s better to spare 200-1000pcs for future use. Standard 20pcs will be free offered. It costs USD1.2 for 1pc nozzle + 1pc electrode.
