Product Description

Surface Treatment:
the substrate surface should be firm, dry and clean, no grease, and other loose materials.
Application:
For indoor and outdoor wall decoration (can creative in producing a smooth surface of plaster, fantasy relief, brushed paint and other artistic three-dimensional pattern in the coating bump)
For the surface:
1, for spraying method:
mix the color mortar with water at the rate of 1:0.38-0.4, pouring water into the stirring barrel, then the powder, using an electric mixer. Using spraying gun to spray the mortar on the surface, at least two times (third time is the best), control the interval time about 2h. after the dry 12~24h, spray the MB special anti-dirt agent
2, for spreading method:
mix the color mortar with water at the rate of 1:0.38-0.4, pouring water into the stirring barrel, then the powder, using an electric mixer, put it aside for 10min, gain the better effect. Using scraper to scrap the mortar on the surface, control the thickness about 2~3mm. after 10min can use various texture tools to roll patterns. After the patterns about 12-24h, spraying 1-2 times of the MB special anti-dirt agent
Normal Amount:
For the spraying: about 2.0~2.5kg/m2; For the spreading: about 2.0~2.5kg/m2; For the trowel operation: about 3~4kg/m2
Cautions:
1, make sure the smooth and vertical rate of the surface before operation
2, use up the new mixed slurry , if the mortar surface is dry, pick off the surface
3, never mix the dry slurry with water and use again
4, roof should extend 50 cm by the wall, to avoid direct polluted water
5, this product requiring the temperature between 5℃to 40℃
6, never operate under raining
7, for various art effect, consulate our company or related department for the specific operation process
Store Method:
Store in cool and dry place, unopened product can be saved for one year.
