Product Description
HCC series hydraulic cone crusher with high-efficiency and hydraulic pressure is widely used in mining, concrete factory, sandstone making, etc. The machinery's pressure resistance strength is under 350Mpa. They are widely suitable for primary crushing of many kinds of mining and rock such as many kinds of ores, concrete, fireproof material, granite, marble, bauxite, quartzite, corundum, perlite, ironstone, basalt, etc.
Working Principle
When cone crusher is running, the motor drives power to vibration cone by belt wheel, coupling and the vibrating shaft, which makes cone crushing wall closer or apart from the mortar rolled on the adjusting bush. The materials in the crushing champer are crushed by impacting, pressing and beading. The power drives the crushing cone to run by cone wheel which drives the eccentric bush. The crushing cone gets closer and aparts from the fixed cone from time to time and then the crushing and discharging process is finished. The spring between the supporting bush and the frame will bead and discharge the dust to protect the motor. In this way, If some matearials which could not be broken will be stucked at the discharging opening. It will be increased much bigger to make the materials discharged. The crushing champer of the cone crusher is made of wear resistant steel plate, and easy to auto adjustment the discharging opening size.

Discharge opening is adjusted by hydraulic device and overload protection makes performance of the crusher increased by a large extent, maintenance and operation are easier, repairing time is shorter. The bidirectional metal releasing hydraulic vat makes slab pass through crushing cavity. The crusher can discharge material automatically when the hydraulic device works under the condition of iron passing and instantaneous overloading, thus there is no trouble of stopping the crusher to discharge material by hand.
5.Thin oil lubrication makes the life time increased
Unique design of thin oil lubrication system prolongs life time of the crusher, high performance and not touchable labyrinth airproof part block off dust and remove common disorders like mixture of oil and water in spring cone crusher.
