This JC jaw crushers are mainly used for metallurgical, mining, chemical, cement, construction, fireproof materials and ceramics and other industrial sector in secondary and tertiary crushing, dealing with various hard minerals and rocks no more than 350 mpa.

Features

1.       Adopting world-level manufacturing technology, and highest-level raw material is used.

2.       Integral cast steel structure is adopted for bearing seat. Integral cast steel bearing matches well with the crusher frame, at the same time, it can strengthen the radial strength of the bearing seat. While the separate bearing seat does not have this advantage.

3.       More advanced movable jaw assembly lengthens life of crusher. Movable jaw assembly is made from high qualified cast steel, and it is driven by two large steel-casting fly wheels. Moreover, the heavy eccentric shaft is processed by forged mold. All of these make the JC series jaw crusher extremely reliable.

4.       A newly designed tooth-shape side plate, makes the available area of jaw plate longer, and enhances the capacity.

5.       Finite element analysis technology is adopted to make the crusher much stronger.

6.       Bearing with larger size and higher load are used. All JC jaw crusher is equipped with larger bearing compared with same model of traditional jaw crushers. Its higher load capacity and effective oil seal will lengthen the life of bearing.

7.       With "V" shape structure for the crusher chamber, the max feeding width of materials can be the same as the machine feed opening width.

8.       Adjustment of the discharge mouth is more convenient. The JC series jaw crusher have wedge shaped adjustment device, this is more simple, safe and faster than the traditional gasket adjustment.

Structure

JC series Jaw Crusher is made up into frame parts, eccentric shaft parts, crushing chamber parts, security parts, adjustment parts for discharging mouth.
1. Frame parts includes side plates, front assembly and back weldment parts.
2. Eccentric shaft parts includes movable jaw, eccentric shaft, bearing, bearing seat, belt pulley. It is the main part for driving.

3. Security parts includes toggle plate, toggle seat, spring, spring bar and so on. they can secure the machine when working abnormally.
4. Crushing chamber parts includes fixed jaw plates, side scaleboard and guard sheets, they are the parts for crushing.
5. The adjustment parts are used for adjusting the size of discharging mouth, so that can control the material discharging granularity. Adjustable fixed wedge, adjustable moving wedge, bolts and tight bar for wedge are formed together called adjustment parts.
