Additive CaCO3 Masterbatch

1. EC11B: 75% exquisite CaCO3 powder, can be used in film and bottle, whiter than EC11C.

2. EC11C: 75% exquisite CaCO3 powder, can be used in film and bottle.

3. EC12B: 78% normal CaCO3 powder, can be used in film and bottle.

4. EC21B: 80% exquisite CaCO3 powder, can be used in film and bottle, whiter than EC21C.

5. EC21C: 80% exquisite CaCO3 powder, can be used in film.

6. EC31C: 85% exquisite CaCO3 powder, can be used in film.

7. EC32B: 85% normal CaCO3 powder, can be used in film.

EC32C Additive Masterbatch

For blow film & blowmolding

EC32C compound LLDPE carrier resin and sub-micron CaCO3 poweder, produced by special processing techniques. Use EC32C in LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE blow film or HDPE blowmolding or PP injection molding application, it can improve machine's extrusion efficiency and film & mold's physical properties.

EC32C also has perfect dispersion.

Usage:

EC32Ccan be used to make PE heavy-duty bag, PE liquid packing bag, sanitary towel packing film, agriculture film, PE hand bag, inside bag, high quality PE vest bag, PE garbage bag. The PE film which add EC32C can compound BOPP, BOPA, BOPET, it has no influence on compound strength and heat-sealing strength.

Use EC32C inblowmolding, it can increase containers' ESCR property, get better dimension stability.

Use EC32C in injection molding, it can improve low temperature impact resistance strength, get better dimension stability.

Recommended Addition Ratio:

The addition ratio of EC32C wihtin 15%～25%.

1) In multi-layer extrusion film: add 15%～30% in core layer;

2) Under gloss demand, add EC32C within 5% in surface layer and inside layer.

Optimal addition rate will be confirmed by trials.

Package, Transportations and Storage:

1) PE heavy-duty bag, 25kg / bag.

2) Transportations according to non-dangerous goods. Note to avoid moisture, insolation and breakage.

3) The product is sensitive to moisture. No problem to store in original packing bags. Make sure to use the product immediately after open the packing bags. If it has moisture problem, Dry it by hot air recycle machine under 90℃ for 30 minutes.
