Description:

 

The extruded tubular or solid particle board gives the core of the door the following technical features: lightness, high resistance to impact, high dimensional stability and high resistance to bending.

 

The frame is made of HPL phenolic compact which behaves well under abrasion, has good dimensional stability at high temperatures and is resistant to mechanical and chemical aggression, together with multi-layer plywood board made from fine layers of wood bonded together with the grain of each running across that of the next, giving the frame dimensional stability as well as good resistance to persistent conditions of very high humidity. The plywood board is positioned on the frame so that the screws will have a good purchase.

- The use of materials such as phenolic compact board, aluminium or stainless steel ensure superior results in terms of cleaning and disinfecting, thanks to their smooth, bacteria-resistant surfaces and their interiors which are impenetrable to dirt.
