Product Description

Th machine can be used to decorate metallic workpiece into wood grain, marble and so on effects, such as aluminium profiles, metallic panels and door leafs and so on.

1. Fully Automated Integrated Style
1.1 Configuration Indications:

1.1.1 Three sets of dry-type vacuum working system.

1.1.2 Two sets of standard full-wrap-style workpiece bin for profile/panel, and one set of workpiece bin for profiles, with double tiers of adjustable 24 vacuum nozzles.

1.1.3 The automatic processing machine is treated with fine heat preservation material.

1.1.4 Temperature control system: Curing oven multi-position temperatures are precisely controlled by PLC and by heat-sensitive resistance elements.

1.1.5 Two sets of full-wrap-style workpiece bin are installed with automatic up-and-down devices, and the workpiece distribution bin which is specially designed for the long profiles with deep slots or grooves on the workpiece surface is assembled automatic anti-blowing device which makes the transfer paper tearing off easier.

1.1.6 Two sets of standard safety, environmental protection and lighting device.

(One set of automatic welder for transfer printing material are assembled.)

1.1.7 The whole process is automatically controlled by PLC.

1.1.8 Heating source application:

Either Eectric Radiation, Diesel or Natural Gas can be chosen.

1.3 Production capacity:

Processible workpiece dimensions: L≤6500mm, W≤1200mm metallic profiles/panels. For example: δ=1.2mm , L6500×W40×H40mm, annual production capacity: 1500-1800 tons.

2.1.3 The standard heat preservation is applied to the machine.

2.1.4 Temperature control system: Curing oven multi-position air temperatures are precisely measured by heat-sensitive resistance elements.

2.1.5 Two sets of automatic up-and-down device are installed under the work piece bins.

2.1.6 Two sets of standard safety, environmental protection and lighting devices.

2.1.7 Heating source application:

Either Electric Radiation, Diesel, Natural Gas or Burning Coal can be chosen.

2.1.8 Powder capacity: 10.86-22.93kw.

2.2 Outside dimensions:

L24×W2.3×H3.2m.

2.3 Production capacity:
