Our machines have been widely applied in industrial board cutting, mould manufacturing processing, wooden products processing, building decorating & furniture, stone, glass, aluminum and advertising products processing, etc.
Features of the machine:
1. The whole machine uses high quality seamless welded steel structure the assembly contact surfaces are used scraping process, the whole machine structure was taken high-temperature aging treatment, and upright, support plate, using aluminum cast process that ensures the high stability.
2. Imported 6.0kw air-cooling spindles. Two of the three spindles could be used alternatively and automaticly and could be placed with two different blades to work one by one. This ensures the machine work more efficiently. Another is used for lateral working, like the lock hole making.
3. Imported high performance transducer, high frequency electronic anti-jamming system
4. Adopt Japanese Yeskawa servo drive system, high torque and precision, fast and stable performance.
5. Use Taiwan Syntec control system, good compatibility, compatible type3/artcam / Castmate/ artcut/ CAD/CAM and other design software. Can control the completion of multi-dimensional 3D processing, and can do fast,smooth,3d processing, carving and cutting.
6. Import Using Taiwan imported 25mm staight-quadrate rail, two rows and four line-rolling block devices that ensures its high loading capability, moves stablility, high precision and wearability.
7. Adopted Taiwan TBI high precision screw rod is very precise when processing.
8. Patent design cavate vac-sorb table, minimum adsorb area: 150*150mm, can absorb & clamp.
9. Vac-sorb 5.5kw air-cooling oil free vacuum pump, subatomospheric pressure can reach 0.8Mpa
10. equip with standard America industrial aviation plugs links, soft metal cable sheath, avoids the cable damage situation from the press & bump effectively.
11. cable adopts YC numerical control machine shielding line, can reciprocate eight million times.
12. Auto-oiling lubrication system,easy to operate, greatly improve the life of the various components of the machine.
