Machine conveying way is synchronous belt connected with synchronous wheel, gearbox and differential device.
Machine has the functions of bottom film online laminating function, raw materials auto-unwinding, auto tension control, auto-splicing, auto-rejection, lifter and missing inspection for some materials. Crushing speed can reach to 400kg/hour. It has 6 sets web guiders on the machine. There are waste recycling unit, noise elimination unit, bridge-style structure for glue applicator and safety guard door. It’s convenient to check the glue amount in case it is used out.
