Traditional brewhouse vessels
Based on former Changchun Light Industrial Equipments Factory’s traditional technologies, our company brings in advanced international equipments and improved present industrial techniques on brewhouse vessels manufacturing. Meeting the market requests on new products our products are developed by using latest international plasma argon arc welding and German plasma polishing which could reach 0.1µm. 
2.Mini brewhouse
Our minihouses are sold around the world, we could process according to clients requests
350mm, H:1000mm.
Small size: 50L/day mini brewhouse which has 4 fermentation tanks made of 304L/316L SS or brass or purple copper. The brewhouse is very small could be used by taking some air space, DIN: 350 mm, height: 1000mm.
Middle size: 300L/day which has 4 fermentation tanks made of 304L/316L SS or brass or purple copper. The DIN of the brewhouse could be done according requests.
Big size: 600L/day brewhouse, completely processed by the requests of clients.
3.Yeast fermentation system
(1)System control
The operation interface is a 10.4 inch touch screen, all the automatic control parameters setting and system running status could be realized through touch screen.
In propagation step one and two, temperature, pressure, oxygenation conditions and work feeding quantity could all be realized by automatic control.
According to different process requests and different yeast performance, the propagation temperature, pressure, oxygen conditions and wort feeding quantity parameters could be reset;
In the yeast propagation tanks 1 and 2, a second time of wort sterilization could be done, and the sterilization temperature and time could be set automatically.
The displays of automatic control parameters, flowmeter of wort feeding and accumulated flow amount and the display of different propagation tanks level are realized by simulate dynamic displays; All the elements control points are locked by the touch screen, when password is inserted, normal operation could be renewed.
(2)Wine yeast fermentation tank
Our continuous fermentation tanks take over French VICO fermentation series, which have been used in many enterprises in Southern France, the capacity differs from 40 to 400Hl. The system could perform continuous fermentation which are made up of about 5 fermentation tanks, the first tank affects as main fermentation, after 2nd fermentation tank, the fermentation effect is taken.
(3)Wine preparation tanks
In order to reach even wine quality and balance stocks, different wine from different places classified by first and second original wine should be combined, which means to mix and prepare to make the wine alcohol reach 17-18%（V/V）.Flavor added wine could be mixed with same proportion of flavor(eg. Gen-seng wine); for condensed sweet wine could be stored after being cooled and cleared and mixed with high sugar. Special products could be mixed according to finished products standards. Our company takes advanced international wine preparation tanks technologies, using movable cover tanks which are easy for operation, mixing and cleaning.
