F-PPR composite pipes, of the three-tier structure, have both inside and outside layers of PP-R materials and the middle layer of rigid reinforced composite materials. PP-R materials ensure the sanitation performance of pipe material and the middle layer achieves the effect of enhancing pipeline and reducing the coefficient of linear expansion. The outer layer of PP-R material facilitates welding socket connection with traditional PP-R pipe fittings. Thanks to three-tier composition, a reliable water supply pipeline system is set up, not only inheriting the PP-R pipe welding connection, excellent sanitation performance and other characteristics, but also featuring high strength, high toughness, high stiffness, and low linear expansion coefficient.
