Tire pre-cure label which is designed for tire identification can withstand up to 200°C curing temperature and even more than that in a short time . The label performs excellent to withstand the harsh environments of curing process for passenger car radial (PCR) and light truck & bus radial (TBR) tire environments. It can resistant curing temperature 120-220°C for 10-120 minutes. But must be tested by end user. The material can resistant to water, mild acids, salt and alkalis, most petroleum-based greases, oil, and lower aliphatic solvents. It provides good image clarity with our T121 ribbon. Even after vulcanization, label can strongly bond to a tire. In addition ,it will not break the surface of the tire if tear it down forcely.After vulcanizating process ,the label can still provide strong mucosity and good image .
