It achieves dynamic synchronized control of the tension and speed in each section such as unwinding, gluing, lamination, color coating, drying, cooling, and rewinding. The winder adopts photoelectricity pneumatic servo tracking and large-diameter central winding mode, with automatic tapered tension control, to effectively avoid scratching and damaging on the surface of products, and to ensure large-diameter winding quality.
