GY-PL: This type is applied to the extrusion spray of the outer surface of pipe. While working, coating that been transported to the ring-side by the pump, go through the small hole and been sprouted out to the surface of the workpiece. Through air knives, compressed air pressure blow down coatings on the surface of workpiece, whereas the air consumption is too large. Environmental performance of this machine is lower than spraying machine.

First, the wide range of application, it can spray pipes with the diameter ranges from 100mm to 1200mm;

Second, we use airless spraying machine to conveying high pressure coating while coating; as the adhesion of the coating is very strong and not been limited by paint viscosity, this machine can spray high viscosity coating and install a variety of model specifications of nozzles.

Third, in order to prevent nozzle blocked, filter is installed behind the nozzle, which is reliable.
