Product Description
Spherical tank is high efficiency storage vessel and widely used in the petrol chemical, metallurgy and city gasification industries. It covers less land with high safety performance.
Compared to the columnar vessel in the same size, spherical takes the least surface and consumes least material as well.
The spherical tank takes average stress load. In the case of same diameter and same working pressure, the membrane stress of the spherical tank shell is only 50% of membrane stress of the columnar vessels; and the thickness of the spherical tank greatly reduces.
The support structure of the spherical tank is easy and more likely to be large-scaled.
