Al2O3Cu Copper –based metal matrix composite alloys mixed 12-25 nm aluminum oxide particles, with high elevated temperature strength, high hardness, excellent electrical conductivity, increases the copper’s resistance to thermal softening.
Manufacturing flow: internal oxidation of Cu-Al alloy – isostatic pressing – sintering – hot extrusion – drawing – machining.
Applications:
Electrical industry: large microwave tube, conducting material, selector switch, silver contacts, lead frame material and electronic packaging.
Component and consumable: resistance welding electrode, battery spot welding electrode, low temperature metal coating spot welding electrode, galvanized steel sheet spot welding electrode, lead-coated steel plate spot welding electrode, or other high temperature resistant equipment parts.
