The line consists of foaming die carrier, injection robot, vacuum system, water heating system and attached pneumatic system, hydraulic system and electrical control system.

Working procedures: workpiece carried to the cavities of upper mould and lower mould, lower die carrier turning to level attitude, locking of the lower die carrier, upper die carrier turning top and locking, automatic injection, curing, locking of the upper die carrier, cylinder moving, the upper die carrier turning and manual unloading of workpiece, locking of the lower die carrier, cylinder moving, lower die carrier turning to inclined position, manual unloading.

With four stations and automatic injection, the linear is efficient and smooth.
