Hollow grid plate T-Die

Continuous stream surface is available at the die lip .  You can vary the thickness of upper/lower die lips to meet the demands of plates of various thicknesses .  Come with a blow-off device.

All surfaces are chromo-plated. Use 12.9 high-strength bolts as fasteners. Come with premium and durable stainless steel cartridge heaters subject to zoning control.

Consistent in production, simple in structure and easy to disassemble and clean.

For production of M-shape, square shape or multi-layer hollow grid plates of thickness from 4mm-20mm.

Applicable materials: PC, PP, PE etc.

Width of die is 400-2200m.
