Structure: Self-aligning roller bearing equips drum roller, which is between inner ring with two raceways and outer ring with spherical raceway. The curvature center of outer ring is accord with the center of bearing。If the diameter of inner ring is conical hole, then the bearings can be installed directly. It can be installed on cylindrical shaft with adapter sleeve, removal tube.

Cage is steel stamping cage, plyamde forming cage and copper alloy car system cage.

 

Capacity: The curvature center of outer ring is accord with the center of bearing, so this kind of bearings can the self-align just as the self-aligning ball bearings.

When deflection occurs of the shaft and shell, it can automatically adjust, no add the load. The bearings can load radial load and axial load in two direction. The alility of radial load is bigger, suit to heavy load and impact load.

When bearing forced to be bend, or incline , which make the center line of inner and outer ring relative inclination not over 1° ～2.5°, bearings work well.
