Description:

There are four main parts of this system, which are distillate tank, energy recycling system(pre-heating tank), cooling tank and wine storage tank. Direct heating and indirect heating methods are available to choose from for the distillate tank. The advantages of direct heating method are faster heating and higher wine production efficiency, as the steam is contact with material directly. The advantage of indirect heating method is better wine quality, as the steam pass through the circular pipe to heat material indirectly. The energy recycling device on the top is the equipment is the main part of energy saver. The high temperature vapor alcohol pass through the pre heating tank indirectly for heating up the material. Heated material will flow into the distillation tank after the first distillation process complete. Thus, this distillation system is able to continuous work. This heat exchanging tank design is best used of heat energy, room temperature material to cool down the vapor alcohol to save cooling water, and save energy for heating up material and speed up the distillation time. There is a vapor alcohol capturing device on this system; the purpose of this design is to capture the extra alcohol produced by the material while heating up in the pre-heating tank. Temperature control valve device can be installed in the water inlet in order to control cool water flow into the cooling system and able to control the temperature of wine. Set a desire temperature for the control valve device, thermo sensor detects the wine temperature and compare with the desire temperature to control the valve gate open. In other words, it controls the cold water flow rate to control the wine temperature. This device is able to save cold water and achieve more accurate wine temperature
