YJBSIC intelligent integrated power capacitor

Both thyristors and magnetic latching relay are used in parallel connection for switching and control of 2 groups of intelligent integrated power capacitors. A cpu inside analyzes, controls and searches for the best timing of switching. It is characterized by both advantages of zero-cross switching and that of magnetic latching relay, with low energy consumption at work. Each group works independantly, acts reliably, and cost saving. Two control modes are available: 485 wire or 12v, needs to be specified when ordered.

Major characteristics:
Advantages of both thyristors and relay, it is realized by that thyristors are triggered at voltage crossing point, the magnetic latching relay is absorbed and activated after the capacitor is swithed on and working stable. While the relay is first deactivated and then the thyristor is disconnected at current crossing point before the capacitor is switched off.

Intelligent cpu controls the switching and monitors the total operation.

No harmonic input

Low energy consumption: Consumes energy only at swtiching time, and the contact resistance of relay is quite small, the elimination of thermal slug or fan, all of which contribute to the reduction in cost and energy consumption.

Small area occupation: the integral design eliminates combination switch, breaker and wiring between compents, saves time for installation and requires smaller area for occupation.
