The rice husk pellet is produced with 100% ingredient are rice husk to be pureed, is transfer to high-pressure compressor. The rice husk is compressed to pellet.

After cooling and screening of the husk unqualified.  
The husk pellet achieve compression and size to be packaged and put to used. The whole of this production system are the automated line from the rough husk at the tank until the finished product.

The rice husk pellet has a high calorific value, 1 kg radiating from 3,600 – 4,200 kcal/kg, although the price is higher than the husk briquette but it has small volume can be flammable, low transportation cost, radiation high heat with pleasant aroma, particularly the waste ash after burning very smooth and very valuable preferred by consumers. 

The rice husk pellet may replace coal, DO, FO oil, or charcoal used to fuel industrial boilers, stoves service, stove dyed fabrics, textiles, paper manufacturing, apprel, processed aquatic products, agricultural products, food, etc…The place with husk pellet fuel are very convenient because it can use the right type of coal furnace without changing the original design.

The use of rice husk pellet as fuel to help consumers save 60% on fuel cost compared with DO oil and over 40% if compared with coal.

The rice husk pellet can be considered as new energy sources can replace coal, if used in thermal power production, the amount of heat generated enough electricity for the purpose of continuous use with a fire as traditional energy

Advantages of the rice husk pellet product is not polluting the environment and benefit the economy more effectively than coal, the percentage of sulfur is very low, extending the life grate, without treatment of slag, opposite the husk pellet ash is valuable as materials for high-end products, contributing to a cleaner environment.

The rice husk pellet produced by Saigon Green Energy Company packaged in 25 – 30 - 50 kg/ PP bag or 600 – 700 kg/Jumbo bag, can provide both the marke domestic and export.
