1. General:
Shanxi Guolian Pipe Industry Group Co., Ltd., originated from Taiyuan Tianlong Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (specializing in the manufacture of welding equipment), is now a large-scale private enterprise that has specialized in the manufacture of ERW & SSAW pipes for 12 years. Our company has total assets of RMB500 million and covers an area of 150,000 square meters. Our company has over 1000 employees, including many excellent technical experts and management elites. The annual output is about 500,000 metric tons.

2. Manufacturing scope:
Guolian has 11 bare pipe production lines, which include 1 ERW line and 10 SSAW lines. Sizes of ERW pipes range from 8" to 20" and sizes of SSAW pipes range from 8" to 120". We can make products as per API 5L, API 5CT, GB/T 9711.1, GB/T 9711.2, ISO 3183, IPS-M-190(2) and EN 10208 standards etc.. Steel grade ranges from L245 (GR.B) to L555 (X80). Meanwhile, we have three external coating lines and 3 internal coating lines. Coating types include 3 layer PE coating, epoxy coating, FBE coating, insulation coating, etc. Coating standards include API RP 5L-2, NFA49710, DIN30670 and CSA-Z-245.20 standards etc.

3. Quality system:
We have implemented ISO9001:2008 quality management system, ISO14001:2004 environmental management system, OHSMS occupational healthy and security management system and HSE system.

100% UT, 100% RT and 100% Hydraulic test

Till now, we have exported our products to more than 30 countries and regions, including Algeria, Sudan, Ecuador, Iran, Syria for national oil & gas transmission projects,Venezuela and Spain for water transportation projects, Canada, Mexico, Chile, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Bangladesh, etc
