Recommended curing conditions:
10 minutes at 200℃.
Coating process:
Aluminium profiles pretreatment: chromizing
Steel pretreatment: phosphating
Spraying: Corona electrostatic spraying
Friction electrostatic spraying
Other coating process e.g. fluidized bed coating should be informed in advance.
Curing: For deep color products temperature deviation±10℃ is allowed, for light color and non-light products temperature deviation±5℃ is allowed.
