Application：
The products are widely used in tires, wire and cable, seals and other rubber processing field, used alone or in combination with aromatic oil, to reduce the rubber's Mooney viscosity, for softened, plasticized purpose.
A viscous liquid at room temperature, a solid state through vulcanization, can be used as a room temperature curable rubber.
Added to polyurethane, asphalt and other materials,is used in the modified.
Range Of Application：
As a plasticizing agent, this product can add to the natural rubber, butadiene rubber ( NR ) ( BR ) ( IR ), isoprene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber ( SBR, block or random ), amyl benzene rubber ( SIR, block or random ), ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) and other types of the low polar rubber, effectively reduce the Mooney viscosity of rubber, in favor of the mixing and processing.
Product Advantage：
In the rubber vulcanization process, IR-565 is involved in the reaction. Compared with Non reactive plasticizer,improved the strength, hardness and elongation of the rubber products. In the final products, it is not easy to move, not easily be solvent extraction, thus improving the rubber aging resistance.
Use-method:
For plasticizer, the product 5%-10% in quantity equivalent to replace natural rubber and other materials, participate in the mixing process. The user should determine the actual amount according to the final use conditions.
Restriction Of The Usage：
This product has not applied FDA Certification, be cautious when using in export medicine and food industry.
Operation Note：
This product is not flammable, the normal operating temperature （＜300℃） does not occur in Combustion Accident.
Storage and Effective Period：
Stored away from light between 0℃ to 40℃, the shelf-life is 24 months since the production date.
