Introduction of QT5-15 concrete block making machine
1. The frame of the block-forming machine is made of rectangular steel, which can make the machine stable and reliable in operation running.
2. The guide columns are made of 45# quenched and tempered steel with their surfaces hard chromium coating, and they are excellent in torsional strength and wear resistance.
3. For the guide sleeves, the advanced composite bearing materials are used and they are sturdy and wear resisting.
4. All the mating moulds and dies, completely treated by high temperature carburizing, are sturdy and wear resisting.
5. In the hydraulic system, the proportional control valves made in Taiwan are used. So ,the pressures for all motions of the machine can be adjustable and the operation movement of the machine is stable.
6. For the vibrating section of the machine, single frequency conversion motor and shaft-transmission technology are adopted.
7. The plate palletizing device of the machine is controlled by a converter, So ,its speed is adjustable. And it is full automatic, and economic in energy.
8. For the PLC control system, control software specialized for the Machine of Model-6 has been developed. FLC all the technical parameters for production, they can be easily revised only at the Human-Machine interface to achieve the needs for manufacturing all kinds of products.
Additionally, the functions for fault-displaying and trouble-shooting are all available.
