Procedures
1.       Seller and buyer signs sales and Purchase Agreement with Banking Co-ordinates.
2.       Buyer’s bank contact the seller’s bank for ATL and POP
3.       Buyer place non- operative letter of credit (SBLC) to seller’s bank, upon confirmation of bank instrument in favor of seller, Buyer release his (Nominated Vessel) CPA, Q88, ATB and chatter invoice or proof  of ownership to Sellers, Seller programs vessel for loading, after loading, seller moves vessel to Togo international waters for Q&Q analysis by buyer’s independent inspectors on buyer’s account, upon successful completion of Q&Q,
4.        Seller sends necessary cargo documents to the buyer’s bank for confirmation.
5.        Buyer confirms documents; Buyer pays by swift transfer to seller’s bank commissions and all nominated agents accounts  within two banking days.
   Seller confirms payments sends cargo documents to buyer and vessel sails.
