Vertical centrifugal pump (ISG) single stage single suction pipeline centrifugal pump are designed by scientific and technical personnel of our company and domestic water pump experts, which select the domestic excellent hydraulic model, adopt the performance parameter of the centrifugal pump of Model IS. Besides, according to different using temperature and medium, we develop pumps applicable for hot water, high temperature the corrosive environment, oil transporting on the basis of Model ISG.
Vertical centrifugal pump (ISG) of products has the characters of saving power, low noise, reliable performance, etc. Vertical centrifugal pump (ISG) is comply with the latest standard of national mechanical department JB/T53058-93, and are designed and made in accordance with the international ISO2858 standard.

Working Conditions:

1. Suction pressure≤ 1.0MPa, or the maximum working pressure of pump system≤ 1.6MPa, I. E. Pump suction pressure + pump head ≤ 1.6MPa, and pump static test pressure is 2.5MPa. Please specify the system working pressure when placing an order. If the working pressure of pump system is to be greater than 1.6MPa, then Vertical centrifugal pump (ISG ) should be specified separately when placing an order for our convenience to use cast steel material for wetted parts and joints.
2. Ambient temperature<40, relative humidity<95%.
3. The volumetric content of solid particles in the medium to be handled shall not exceed the 0.1% of unit volume, and the granularity shall be<0.2mm.
Remark: To handle medium containing small particles, please specify when placing an order for our convenience to use wear resisting mechanical seal.

Features:

1. The reason structure, small volume and the beautiful outline, its center of gravity of structure falls on the center of pump foot, which ensures the pump to rum smooth and extends the service life of pump.
2. Easy to install. The diameter of inlet is the same as that of discharge and at the same elevation, so just like the valve, it can be installed on any parts of pipe.
3. For the motor and impeller of pump, the direct connecting structure is used and its concentricity is high. So the pump can run without vibration and low noise.
4. No leakage occur: The mechanical seal made of the anti-abrasion material such as hard alloy as well as carbon wolfram is used for the gland seal. It not only can solves the serious leakage problem caused by the packing seal, and also can extend the service life of pump, ensure the cleanness and tidiness of operation site.
5. Economy of funds: The unique installation structure has greatly reduced the area and space occupied by pump station, the construction funds can be reduced by 40— 60%.
