Construction ：tips

Paving

1.It is necessary to prepare spcial caking agent（the neutral glue for tile is recommended) before paving, and spread the caking agent on the wall .

2.Combing the 2mm wave stripe by sawtooth knife , one square once, to ensure the veins clear.

3.To pave thepattern on the wall in order, accorind to the shop drawing and ensure that the interface must be inosculate .

4.finally, clap the pattern by Sponge trowel so that it can be more solid, more tidy. Meanwhile clean the appearance .

Warning

1.It is necessary to clearn the appearance of the wall before construction , keep it dry and tidy, it must be waterproof work advance .

2.Avoid heavey press on the pattern within 24 hours , fill the gap must be 24 hours after.

3.the extra caking agent must be sweep by wet cloth before it become induration .

4.the gap can be filled by using Sponge trowel, put the joint sealant into the gap, clean out the extra joint sealant , pointing the joint with thick sponge.

5.After the joint sealant air-dry completely, clean the appearance of the mosaic with dry cloth .

6.If use the mosaic with other ceramic tile together , please keep above 2mm gap between them ,in other to keep the beautiful harmony.

7.please according to the instruction of the caking agent supplier,to ensure the enough time to air-dry the caking agent . General is 24 hours.

8.Cuting mosaic must be use high quality diamon knife, moreover, it must cut the mosaic from the back of it . cutting by professional technician is recommended .

9.To avoid damage and scar, the mosaic can not be down stacking with appearance .The mosaic

can not clean by the detergent include abrasive, wire brush and sand paper .

10.the detergent for cleaning glass window is s ested to clean the mosaic , it is not necessary to use any other special detergent .
