Applications:

    Insert bearing are structure compact and raplace singly, suitable for simple supporting.  Often used in mining, metallurgy, agriculture, chemical industry, conveying machinery etc.in fact, it is changing from deep groove ball bearing, its outer diameter is spherical surface, which can match the concave spherical into housing in corresponding self-aligning.

    Although insert bearing's basic structure is similar with deep groove bearing, this kind of bearing mostly used in relatively rough machine, uncalculative installation, bad axis to neutral, or under the condition of long axis but big deflection, precision of axis itself is not high enough, some structures are rough, so it is worse than deep groove bearing in the same standard.

    For example, insert bearing with top silk is suitable for bearing of bad stiffness and big deflection. This bearing has two sides with sealed which can avoid dirt, it is already filled with moderate lubrication,before install,no cleaning, no lubrication.When top silk screw fixed in inner ring bulge, the allowing of axial load can not over 20%of rated dynamic load.
The basic function between insert ball bearings with eccentric set and insert bearings with top silk is similar, the only difference is top silk is fixed in eccentric set but not the inner ring. Tapered cone is a cone with 1:12 which can be mounted directly in the tapered shaft or installed in the non-shoulder axis by tight set and it can slightly change the bearing clearance.
