Description:

The sofa filling machine can be controlled by PLC system which is handled by only 2 operators.

The whole line is assembled with ball fiber producing unit, fiber transporter, fiber mixer and one piece of mini pillow blower.

The machine can be arranged to assemble different equipments according to the function requirement by the clients.

The whole line can be also used to mix different material such like normal fiber, ball fiber and foam crush etc. so that fills sofa pads, cushion and under pads according to the production.

The application material is 3 dimensional hollow siliconized polyester fiber that 7D * 64mm is the best material choice for ball fiber producing and any other crushing foam.

The ball fiber size can be adjusted by the producing time that already setup in the control screen that the bigger ball fiber size, the shorter producing time, in opposite that the smaller ball fiber, the longer producing time.

The different material feature usually affects the ball fiber quality.

All machine key parts are adopted by the most famous world brand such like Siemens and Omron.

The machine line is working without noise because of the well dynamic balance is process to the rollers.
