Sodium Lignosulfonate is a kind of natural polymer anionic surfactant material, could exchange the metallic ion. Sodium Lignosulphonate concrete water reducer are mainly for concrete mixture as water-reducing additive. It can reduce 14% of water consumption and improve mixture of the concrete,no function of corroding on the reinforcing bar.It can reduce the initial stage of the cement heat of hydration by a large margin. With low dosage , low air content , high water reducing rate,nearly no precipitate producy and economical characteristic,adapt to most kind of cement.

 

Application:
 

1. In the filed of concrete admixture, the sodium lignosulphonate can be used as common water reducing mixture. The products can be directly adopted as additive in the concrete . Moreover, they also can be compounded with high-performance water reducing admixtures such as naphthalene and melamine based super plasticizer, etc. They are ideal materials for retarding agents and pumping agents etc.

2. The sodium lignosulphonate can be adopted as the adhesives in the briquetting procedure in the vertical retort zinc smelters.

3.The sodium lignosulphonate can be used as reinforcing agents in the files of pottery and refractory materials.

 

4.In the filed of water-coal paste, the sodium lignosulphonate can be adopted as the main compound materials.
