Tubular Separator Centrifuge

　Tubular separator is a kind of fine separation unit, suitable for low solid content slurry, less than the weight of the separation of immiscible liquids, pharmaceutical, food, chemical, biological products, beverages and other products necessary equipment industries. The principle is based on the proportion of materials of different centrifugal force discontinuity with to achieve the separation.
　Tubular separator according to the function, the company put into clarifying separator tubt type (GQ) and separation-type (GF) two. Clarify the tubt separator main function is to handle liquid and solid two-phase separation. Separate tubt separator main function is to deal with liquid (light liquid) and liquid (heavy liquid) or liquid (lighter fluid), liquid (heavy liquid) and solid two-phase separation.

Working principle

　　This separator is consisted of main body ,driving device, bowl collecting pan and liquid-in bearing seats. The upper of the bowl is flexible mainshaft and lower of it is damp floating. The main shaft is connected with a driven wheel by the coupling seat with the buffer. The power is transmitted to the driven wheel by the motor through the transmission belt and the tensioner to make the bowl rotate around its own axis at an overspessd and form a strong centrifugal force field. The product sprays into the liquid inlet from the bottom and liquid is forced to flow upward along the inner wall of the bowl and then is separated into different layers according to different density.
　GQ: Granular souds with high density settle down on the inner wall of the bowl gradually to form residue layer and then are discharged manually after the machine stops. The liquid clarified flows out of the liquid outlet at the bowl’s upper.
　GF: liquid phase with high density forms an outer loop and liquid phase with low density an inner loop. They respectively flows upward to the upper of the bowl to discharge out of their own outlets. A little solid is settled on the inner wall of the bowl and then discharged manually after the maching stops.
