Open die forging press:   12000 Ton & 3150 Ton

Heat treated and fine machined.

 

The open die forged products mainly contain

- Shaft series, such as the wind turbine rotor shaft, transmission shaft, gear shaft, marine shaft,   motor shaft, support roll, working roll, transfer roll, various columns of hydraulic press

- Pipe and hollow forgings: ductile irop pipe moulds, ultra supercritical boiler pipes, cylinders, etc.

- flanges, rings and gear blanks

- forged plates, tube sheets

- hot forging module.            

We are ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, CCS, BV etc. certified. we are working to get the certifications from another six shipping classification societies, namely they are: GL (Germanischer Lloyd), ABS (American Bureau of Shipping), KR (Korean Register of Shipping), DNV (DET NORSKE VERITAS), NK (NIPPON KAIJI KYOKAI), LR (Lloyds Register of Shipping). Most probably, we will get approved by the above agencies by the first half of 2011.
