PPR pipe extrusion line
Available pipe diameter: 16mm up to 160mm, capacity: 75-250kg/h, control system: PLC control or PID control, high automatic level, low consumption.
Features and application of PPR pipe extrusion machine:
1) The production line adopts the high efficiency spiral pole extruding machine. It has the features of high-speed extruding and high efficiency plasticized.
2) Twice-diffluence new pattern mould is equipped, which has the characters of low temperature and low pressure extruding. And the fixing diameter cover with water pattern can guarantee the high speed production of pipe material.
3) The production line’s control is much easier.
4) The marking line extruder can be chosen in the production line, which can produce the color marked pipe material. This can also produce the PE Pipe by changing the mould.

Process flow:

Raw material + additive → mixing → vacuum feeding machine → hopper dryer → single screw extruder →mould and calibrator → vacuum forming machine → cooling tank → haul-off machine → cutting machine → discharging rack
