Properties. This series of gear pumps and motors with four kinds of sizes . Flow up to 1081pm, maximum pressure 250bar. Can be multi -joint combination , with a series of meet SAE, DIN, European standards mandrel flange and port assembled form . . After processing of high tensile aluminum alloy body and anti- extrusion die front and back cover , ensure high volumetric efficiency , mechanical efficiency and low noise characteristics . . Viton seal material of accessories can withstand high temperatures operation. . The special oil- bearing design can be operated under high pressure . . Can forward, reverse , reversing. . Synchronous motors can be multi-joint combination , to achieve multi- cylinder synchronous control with the purpose . Synchronization accuracy of 95% , compared with 70% of the general shunt valve better . Technical description of hydraulic oil to use . Department of petroleum -based hydraulic oil specifications meet ISO or din standards. Other oils , please contact us . Oil temperature and viscosity . Setting Viscosity range : -15 ℃ -80 ℃ (5 ℉ -176 ℉). Viscosity range : 12cSt-800cSt. Recommended viscosity : 16cSt-40cSt. Filtration: Suction side -60um; pressure side -10% 25um. Installation and drivers . Installation and drive gear pump, must avoid the radial or longitudinal force . . Couplings deviation angle must be set aside , and remain in the 0.8 mm (0.003 ") TIR within the oil inlet pressure oil inlet pressure is the minimum allowable 0.7bar. Minimum speed . Minimum allowable pressure for each type are:
HGP-05A 800 rpm
HGP-1A 500 rpm
HGP-2A 500 rpm
