Characteristics

Casting temperature: S est temperature:1000-1070°C

Flasks temperature: S est temperature: 500-700°C

Help-solvent: S est using borax as help-solvent,for casting by machine don’t need it. 

Set down casting temperature according to the identity of product, lower flasks temperature for layer product; higher flasks temperature for lighter product. 

S est advance-melting before casting, and make sure melting well-proportioned.

Water Cooling

Cooling in the air for 3-5 minutes before water cooling, more cooling time in the air for the layer product.

Cleaning

Using high pressure water to cleaning the plaster, and than put the product into 5-10% hydrofluoric acid in order to cleaning the residual plaster.
