SF-flotation separator used a novel structure of forward-slot, double-blade water wheels. and tube and false bottom devices. in the slot, the pulp make the up-down double circle according to the fixed flowing way, which is benefit for supspending of thick grain material, the mineral suspension can be self-priming air, smoke from the pulp, which do not use the bubble pump.

Working Principle of SF-Type Flotation Separator used in ore processing plant

The impeller is rotated by V-belt of motor and produces negative pressure by centrifugal function. Enough air is sucked to mix slurry, and slurry mixes drug at the same time.Mineral sticks on bubble completely and floats on the surface of slurry to form mineralized bubble.Useful bubble is scraped out by adjusting flashboard height and controlling liquid surface.
