Automatic Production Line of Box Desiccant

This production line is suitable for filling, sealing, labeling, bagging, shrinkage and other functions of boxed particulate matter. It is widely used in the production of dehumidifier for boxed desiccant. The production line is mainly divided into four parts: filling and sealing machine, labeling machine, pillow packaging machine and shrinking machine. Equipment function: automatic drop box automatic quantitative filling automatic sealing automatic secondary sealing automatic cutting automatic labeling automatic bagging automatic thermal shrinkage.

Equipment parameters

Aluminum plate part: Aluminum alloy acid-resistant aluminum die, with no deformation, corrosion resistance, high hardness, long life;

Frame part: It is welded with high quality stainless steel, except motor box board.

Transmission system: motor, reducer, cam divider, template and transmission chain.

Dropping system: It is composed of frame, slide rail, storage cup warehouse, push cup cylinder, etc. The synchronous control action of sending signal is completed when the template stops. Stable and efficient.

Filling system: The storage cylinder is made of 304 stainless steel, the size can be customized. The filling quantity can be adjusted freely and quantitatively accurately. Use measuring cup filling.

Membrane calibration system: Photoelectric eye tracking automatically corrects the film pattern and the cup mouth alignment.

Sealing system: using constant temperature (intelligent temperature control) hot pressing to seal twice.

Membrane cutting mechanism: cold punching, easy to tear out the cover tape, easy to open.

Cup system: slide rail, slider, variable speed motor, installation bracket, external conveyor belt.

Labelling system: customize one-sided or two-sided labeling according to container and requirement.

Bag making system: heat shrinkable film automatic forming bagging.

Shrinkage system: high temperature, fast heat shrinkage, compact finished products.
