Established in1992, Dongying Mingde Petroleum Technology Co., Ltd (former China University of Petroleum Drilling Mud Additives Factory) is a professional oilfield service company for plasma slotted liner,slotted liner/ tubo ranurado, sand control screen, sand control slotted liner, api slotted liner, precise screen pipe, composite screen pipe, drilling fluid materials,drilling fluid chemicals, drilling fluid additives,oil production additives, petroleum equipment and technical service, supported by College of Petroleum Engineering, College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering and College of Machinery and Electronic Engineering of China University of Petroleum.

In the past 20 years, we has taken “Integrity, strictness, cooperation and win-win” as our mission, and pay close attention to production management and new product research. In 2004, Mingde received the ISO 9000 quality system certificate and it has awarded more than 20 invention patents and 10 more utility model patents, and become the first class vendor of CNPC and SINOPEC.
