ZHONGSHAN H.R.T. PRECISION STEEL BALL CO., LTD. is located in Zhongshan City, which is the hometown of the great revolutionary pioneer, Dr. Sun Yat-sen. It is specialized in research and development of high-precision miniature steel balls. Feature products are 0.5 mm -50.8mm high-precision chrome steel balls and stainless steel balls, precision of which could be up to Grade 5. The products are widely used in miniature bearings, lithium batteries, micro motors, precision moulds, auto parts, precision instruments and many other industries.

H.R.T. has the most advanced production and inspection technology and have passed ISO9001:2008, ISO-14001, TS-16949 and RoSH Certification. The production has been reached the international advanced level.

In order to keep improving quality of products, H.R.T. set up its own R&D department. It has acquired 38 national patents of the production equipment, like cold heading machines, sorting machines, grinding machines. The own designed HRT series steel ball roller sorting machines and steel ball surface detectors have effectively solved problems like mixed balls, missing and false detection, ensuring that the safest and best products are offered to clients.

100% of H.R.T. steel balls have been sorted through dust-free cleaning room, and 100% of high-precision miniature steel balls below 3mm have passed photoelectric detection with the rate of defect less than 0.01%. The products have been exported to 18 countries, like USA, UK and Japan, acclaimed by domestic and overseas customers.
