We have connector factories in Chang'an, Dongguan and Ganzhou, Jiangxi, specializing in designing and manufacturing of precision connectors. Our group also has terminal, plating, stamping production lines, In connector factories, we have more than 100 technicians.The production capacity is 20KK per month. In 2012, we set up offices in Xi'an and Wuhan. ELETE passed ISO9001:2015 certification. We provide interconnection products that meet UL, REACH, HF standard, and professional plastic and metal mold development. In 2016 ELETE began the exploration of transforming intelligent manufacturing. The full-automatic production line has greatly improved production efficiency and saved a lot of labor costs. In the past, such a production line required 20 workers, but now it only needs 2 core automation technicians for operation control. From raw materials to product processing, next to full-automatic CCD inspection, and then full-automatic cap and reel packaging, every processing can be monitored by general control system of production line. Our boutique line can meet the automobile standard, it can be controlled within 30PPM.
