Guangdong Huankai Microbial Sci. & Tech. Co., Ltd. was founded in 1993, as a national hi-tech enterprise under Guangdong Institute of Microbiology of Guangdong Provincial Academy of Sciences, and was certified by ISO9001:2000 quality management system in April 2004.
Our research and development base is located in the Chinese Academy of Science Hi-Tech Industry Demonstration Base in the beautiful Guangzhou Science City. Huankai has many advanced production lines and modern laboratories. Huankai is an important domestic research and development base of hi-tech products to examine and control the safety of food. Since foundation, our firm has developed and accumulated strong capacity of research and development. Our firm has undertaken 30 projects, such as demonstration projects for the industrialization of the Hi-Tech research outcomes from NDRC, national innovation funds projects for medium-sized and small enterprises, and provincial and food safety important S&T projects. Our firm has got 17 advanced or leading achievements domestically or overseas identified by the province, and 7 S & T prizes from the state, the province or the departments. Our academic leader, Mr. Qingping Wu, is titled as the head of Guangdong Institute of Microbiology, Doctoral Supervisor in Guangzhou Branch, Chinese Academy of Science, Member of the National Food Safety Standard Review Committee, Member of Food Sanitation Standardization committee under Ministry of Health, and Expert of Guangdong provincial Food Safety Experts Committee; he has made a significant contribution during the course of our growth and development.
