The factory covers an area of over 12,000 m²in Hengli town, Dongguan city.There are about 150 employees in the factory.We have set up workshops from connector design, molding,to precision plastic injection, high-speed precision stamping punch, automatic assembly,etc and realized one stop production.We have a whole series of production equipments.Bellow is part of the list: 6 sets Taiwan /Japan plastic injection machine, 6 sets Japan precision high-speed punch machine, 4 sets grinding machine, 65 sets automatic pin machine, 15 sets semi-automatic pin machine,ect,and more than 10 sets of testing equipments in our laboratory, including automatic insertion force test machine, reflow solding test machine, salt spray tester, digital measuring project, plating thickness tester for quality control,etc.
