Wuxi Huadong Cocoa Food Limited Company was founded based on restructuring in 1997. In 2008, the company was integrally restructured into Wuxi Huadong Cocoa Food Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the company” or “Huadong Cocoa”). The company is located by the side of Taihu Lake, which has a beautiful environment and is hometown to great people. After more than ten years of development, Huadong Cocoa has become a major processing and production base for Chinese cocoa food industry, with an annual capacity of over 45,000 tons of cocoa products. The company has established a standardized legal person governance structure, and owns imported full-automatic control international advanced production lines, a professional technical R&D institute, a marketing center, and high-quality marketing, business management and technical R&D teams. With cocoa processing and food production as main businesses, the company has two product systems — raw cocoa beans fine processed products (cocoa powder, cocoa butter, cocoa liquor, cocoa cakes, and cocoa kernels) and cocoa food equipment assembly (cocoa bean processing complete equipment). Huadong Cocoa is a large high-tech enterprise in Chinese cocoa food industry integrating new product technology R&D, product production and manufacturing, complete production equipment and related engineering assembly, and import and export businesses. It leads the development orientation of Chinese cocoa food technology, industry and consumption.

The company is the first and only founding member unit and standing deputy director unit of FCC (Federation of Cocoa Commerce) China Association of Bakery & Confectionery Industry Cocoa Professional Committee, and one of the drafting units of national standards for cocoa powder, c
