DongGuan sunshine tin box Co.,ltd is a specialist of printed tinplate products. Our factory located in Huansiwei industrial district, Shijie town, DongGuan city, GuangDong province, China. It is about 15minutes drive away from Shilong train station and one and a half hours＇ drive to Shenzhen sea port. The transportation is convenient.

We have over 15 years of experience in tinplate products production.

Our factory possesses a manufacturing space of over 10, 000 square meters. Now we installed 6 automatic production lines and posses more than 200 sets of punching machine. We owns over 600 sets of mould and employed over 200 staffs. Our production capacity is more than 50 million various cans per year.

We also have a tinplate printing factory with about 8, 000 square meters of working area. Its Japanese made" Fuji 452" printing equipment is the most advanced tinplate printing machine in the world. There are three tinplate printing lines and two coating lines. The tinplate printing machinery is equipped with advanced "Alcohol Rolling" System. Various advanced filming and molding equipments, over 80 technicians make this factory. It is one of the best and largest tinplate printing factories in Dongguan city.

The mould department of our factory possesses enriched mould design, development and manufacturing experiences and capabilities. There are more than 50 technicians, and advanced facilities. It can provide both metal moulds and plastic moulds to produce any new samples for our own R&D department and customers in a timely manner.
