Product Description

TBL5029XYCF Series armor cash in transit vehicle is modified on the basis of Mitsubishi strengthen chassis by excellent modelling technology and production technology. Baolong company was the first to launch the cheetah armor cash in transit vehicle in March, 2000 in China, this model modified production process is already very mature. As off-road type, the model is applicable to any geographical environment.

A) Chassis strengthening scheme

The chassis for TBL5029XYCF sereis armor cash in transit vehicle is strengthen specialized chassis for armor cash in transit vehicle. The chassis is based on Mitsubishi CFA6470 jeep chassis, and made of several special strengthen improvement, greatly improve the bearing capacity of the chassis, and make the chassis more suitable to the bulletproof vehicle modified, and at the same time, keep the all original advantages of the jeep.

Chassis strengthen scheme and special state strong as follows:

1. Use strengthening leaf spring;

2. For pillar A and pillar B, made of internal reinforced, and welding strengthen piece in the hinge installation area.

3. For hinge installation area of inside panel, made of internal reinforced. ;

4. All inner decoration that are irrelevant to power and running are not installed but packing up to transport with the car, so as not to make damage.

B) Modification scheme of the vehicle

TBL5029XYCF series armor cash in transit vehicle is modified by advanced protective materials and special facilities, excellent modelling technology and production technology, strictly according to GA164-2005 Class A with all around closely bulletproof for all crew.

1. Closely bulletproof for driving cabin and escort cabin: Use Baolong’s unique using heat treatment equipment and technology, decorated with bulletproof steel in all uneven places of the pillar and FR panel and others, realize real bulletproof. Using bulletproof steel and bulletproof glass with the most thin and nice performance bulletproof, through the precise joint arrangement and clever design installation, can reduce the modified weight increase and improve the bearing capacity, and keep the perfect exterior and interior.

2. All around rigorous bulletproof for important parts: Engine compartment, radiator, battery, fuel tank and other important parts, decorate bulletproof steel around them for protection.

3. Prevention of burglary and riot for cash cabin: Use high strength steel to decortate the FR/RR door of the cash cabin. The FR door is a spare type sliding doors, and the RR door is a rotation type arc exchequer door. Whole inner insert type doorway of the side door hinges, after locked, can not take down the door even dismantle the door hinge from outside, the security is very solid.

4. Door lock system for cash cabin: Install more pin& three-way anti-theft lock common controlled by double anti-theft lock on RR door fo the cash cabin, the properties of security is very solid. Gear meshing sliding type of opening door, light operation and smooth glide, the rotation Angle of the door handle is 90 degrees, and very intuitive.

5. Interior and lighting of cash cabin: Decorate white LED dome light on the cash cabin. Decorate thermal insulation layer of inside and fire prevention cloth of outer for interior top. Fire prevention cloth of inside, and aluminum alloy decorative pattern plate of outer for interior around. Decorative pattern steel plate for floor.

6. Monitor: Monitor with double camera and the best suspension color LCD screen at present . Two cameras is installed on front upper part inside and on upper part outside of RR door of the cash cabin, and decorate waterproof cover for the camera outside of the RR door. There are manual switching key on the display screen, can choose to monitor situation inside of the cashcabin and the back road conditions of the vehicle, and that can automatically switch to rearview state. Hanging type display screen is installed on the position of rearview mirror in cabin of the original car, and replace the original rearview mirror, this is not only satisfied driving habits for driver to see the rearview mirror, and can avoid sun exposure and prolong the service life of the display screen. In the monitor host, reserve video collection output and input interface, can satisfy the video, play and wireless transmission needs.

7. Alarm: 100 W multi-function car alarms, function with sirens alarm and the intercom. Super slim host is installed in glove compartment under CD player of middle place of the instrument board. Magnet type microphone adsorption on next to the host, the operation is very convenient.

8. Skylight: Mounted electric automatic skylight on the roof of the escort cabin, sunshade configuration, have automatic closing functions.

12. The load bearing type door locator: Install the V load bearing type door locator between the pillar and the door, to bear the large power vibration produced with shaken up and down of the door, and to avoid the easy damage with excessive standunderload of the door lock system, also can prevent vibration and sank for weight gain of the door. 13. Exhaust pressure relief devices on back door: On both sides below of partition of cash cabin are installed the exhaust ventilation grille, in order to decrease air compression resistance when the door closed.

14. Seats in escort cabin: Install unitary three seats, and can be folded over on, with convenient use the front door of the escort cabin.

15. Interior of escort cabin: Develop mould for the interior trim of the body newly, and combination to diecast the interior trim of the body by most upscale interior fabrics, organic polymer compound heat insulation materials and light metal material. not only ensure the interior trim to meet the original cars, and have a more excellent function of heat insulation, effectively protect the refrigeration effect of the air condition.

16. Perfect exterior decoration: Using the original car chrome plated layering windscreen, using molding strip for side window, clever decorate for glass of middle door, and false window decoration for RR side, keep the original appearance of the perfect car chassis.
