Flowchart
The crushed quicklime enters screw feeder from quicklime silo,
then weighed by screw weigh, after that, quicklime enters into three stage hydrator to react with water.
After complete reaction in hydrator, the finished hydrated lime fine powder will flow into hydrated lime silo though a screw feeder.
According to different requirements, after the hydrator, it is able to produce various sized hydrated lime powder with an air separator or make hydrated lime fluid followed.
1. Three stage reaction with water distribution
The hierarchical & scientific distribution of water can make the calcium oxide to be fully pre-hydrated. After contacting with reasonable water in the first stage reaction chamber, the mixture enters into the second stage. This process is the best time for hydrating. When entering into the third one, hydrated lime is already semi-dry state. Three stage hydrator can finally make the calcium completely become the fluffy powder. And the entire reaction process just needs 8-15 minutes.
Application Areas and Key Function
Three-stage lime hydrator is widely used in lime producing line for lime plants, sticky material cleaning device for ironworks, desulfurization equipment, calcium treating machine in sewage treatment, high quality hydrated lime producing line.
Through our three-stage dry power hydrator, burnt lime will be hydrated into a fluffy powder because of the hierarchical & reasonable water distribution and multi-channel process of this hydrator. The moisture of hydrated lime powder ≤ 1.5%.

Main principle and advantages
Dust and steam enter dust removal water cabin though dust cage and dust pipe. After complete treating with the dust, discharge clean gas from the vent. During solving dust and steam, water in cabin turns out hot slime water by absorbing dust and steam, then via high pressure pump, throwing into pipes for cycling usage in the water system.
